Ceremony Attire

Special attire has been approved for University Council members participating in the graduation ceremony. The attire differs according to the administrative and academic status of each participating member.

Vice Presidents

  • Robe: Black and Red
  • Sash: Red

University Council Members from the Deans

  • Robe: Black
  • Sash: Green
Please adhere to the approved attire when participating in the University Council procession and the official graduation ceremony proceedings.

Dear respected members of the University Council,

Greetings,

You are kindly requested to review the arrangements for your participation in the graduation ceremony for bachelor’s and postgraduate students for the academic year 2025/2026.

To be announced Departure time of the University Council procession to the ceremony location.

Participation Instructions

  • The gathering time and location for the University Council procession will be announced later.
  • The departure time of the University Council procession to the ceremony location will be announced later.
  • Graduation attire will be distributed to members who do not already have it. Members who have their attire are kindly requested to bring it with them.
  • A Public Relations colleague will be present to assist and accompany you to the ceremony location according to arrangements to be announced later.
  • The procession order and seating maps on the ceremony platform will be arranged according to faculty announcements. They will be provided to you and published on the official graduation ceremony page.
