Registration for the 45th Graduation Ceremony

The Graduation Ceremony Committee at Al-Quds University announces the opening of registration for participation in the 45th Graduation Ceremony for bachelor’s and postgraduate students.

Official Announcement

The Graduation Ceremony Committee at Al-Quds University announces the opening of registration for participation in the 45th Graduation Ceremony for bachelor’s and postgraduate students from:

  • Graduates of the first and second semesters of the academic year 2025/2026.
  • Students expected to graduate by the end of the summer session of the academic year 2025/2026.
  • Graduates of the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 cohorts.

Registration Period

Registration starts on Sunday, 28 June 2026, and continues until the evening of Sunday, 5 July 2026.

Registration Procedures

  • The graduate must pay the ceremony fees at the Bank of Palestine branch located at the Yasser Arafat Student Activities Complex, or at any Bank of Palestine branch.
  • Payment should be made to account number 500002, while showing the university account details: Document Fees.
  • The total fee is 700 NIS, which includes 300 NIS for the wall university certificate and 10 personal photos, in addition to the graduation attire.
  • The graduation attire remains with the graduate.
  • The graduating student must submit the university ID card to the card officer at the Student Activities Complex - Deanship of Admission and Registration - second floor, window number 3.
  • Students expected to graduate must bring an official letter from their faculty confirming their expected graduation.

Conditions for Students Expected to Graduate in the Summer Session 2025/2026

  • The student must be registered in the summer session of the academic year 2025/2026.
  • The student must complete graduation requirements by the end of the summer session.
  • The student must obtain an official letter from the faculty confirming expected graduation.
  • The list of participants is subject to review by the Chair of the Ceremony Committee, and the registration of any student who does not meet the graduation requirements will be cancelled.

Graduation Ceremony Dates

The Graduation Ceremony Committee has decided that the graduation ceremonies will be held on:

  • Thursday, 6 August 2026.
  • Friday, 7 August 2026.
An additional day may be added if necessary. The ceremony schedule for each faculty will be announced later after the registration period ends and the participant lists are reviewed.
Students who have previously paid the wall certificate fee are required to pay only 400 NIS as the graduation ceremony registration fee.

Registration

Registration opens on Sunday, 28 June 2026, and continues until the evening of Sunday, 5 July 2026.

Registration includes bachelor’s and postgraduate students who graduated in the first and second semesters of the academic year 2025/2026, students expected to graduate by the end of the summer session of the academic year 2025/2026, and graduates of the 2023/2024 and 2024/2025 cohorts.

Required Steps

  • Pay the participation fee of 700 NIS.
  • Submit the university ID card.
  • Receive the official graduate card.
  • Students expected to graduate must submit an official letter from their faculty.
Students who have previously paid the wall certificate fee are required to pay only 400 NIS as the graduation ceremony registration fee.
Graduates are kindly requested to adhere to the registration period to ensure that their names are included in the final participant lists.

Graduate Card

The graduate card is the official card approved for all graduation ceremony participation procedures. Students receive it after completing registration, paying the fees, and submitting the university ID card.

The Graduate Card is Used For

  • Receiving the graduation attire.
  • Attending the rehearsal.
  • Receiving invitation cards.
  • Entering the ceremony amphitheater.
Students must keep the graduate card and present it when completing any ceremony-related procedure.

Ceremony Attire

The registration fee includes the graduation attire, which remains with the graduate after the ceremony. The attire is part of the official graduation ceremony participation package.

Female Graduates

The university adopts official attire for female graduates according to the instructions announced by the Graduation Ceremony Committee.

Male Graduates

The university adopts official attire for male graduates according to the instructions announced by the Graduation Ceremony Committee.

Graduation attire is received using the official graduate card and according to the dates to be announced later.

The faculties participating on this day will be announced later after the registration period ends and the participant lists are reviewed.

Friday, 7 August 2026

Second Day

The faculties participating on this day will be announced later after the registration period ends and the participant lists are reviewed.


Saturday and Sunday, 1–2 August 2026

Rehearsal, Gown Collection, and Invitation Cards Announcement

The Graduation Ceremony Committee announces the dates for the rehearsal, gown collection, and invitation card distribution, at 10:00 AM in the Arabic Poetry Hall, according to the following schedule:

Saturday, 1 August 2026

Rehearsal for the first day of the Graduation Ceremony (Thursday, 6 August 2026)

For students of the following faculties: Medicine, Health Professions, Pharmacy, Graduate Studies, Engineering, Public Health, and Al-Quds Bard College of Arts and Sciences.

Sunday, 2 August 2026

Rehearsal for the second day of the Graduation Ceremony (Friday, 7 August 2026)

For students of the following faculties: Dentistry, Law, Arts, Business and Economics, Science and Technology, Educational Sciences, Da’wa and Fundamentals of Religion, and Qur’an and Islamic Studies.

Note:

The gown and invitation cards will be collected upon presentation of the student’s Graduation Ceremony Card, which was previously received from the Admissions and Registration Department. The gown and invitation cards will not be handed over without presenting this card.

Please attend on the day assigned to your faculty and at the specified time to ensure that the collection and rehearsal procedures are completed smoothly.
