Faculty Participation in the Graduation Ceremony
Al-Quds University welcomes faculty members participating in the graduation ceremony. This page provides the main instructions related to participation, academic attire, eligibility, and procession arrangements.
Participation in the Ceremony
We are pleased to invite you to participate in the graduation ceremony for bachelor’s and postgraduate students for the academic year 2025/2026.
Faculty members are kindly requested to follow this page for updates regarding the arrangements of their respected procession during the ceremony days.
Academic Attire
The ceremony attire consists of the academic gown and a sash bearing the university logo. The attire varies according to the academic or administrative status of the participating faculty member.
Academic Attire Categories
- Deans: Black robe with a white sash.
- Faculty members from Instructor to Lecturer: Black robe without black sleeve patches, with a green sash.
- Faculty members from Assistant Professor to Professor: Black robe with black sleeve patches, with a green sash.
Eligibility to Participate
Full-time faculty members are eligible to participate directly in the ceremony.
Part-time faculty members who wish to participate must submit a participation request to the Vice President for Academic Affairs through their dean.
Direct Participation
Available for full-time faculty members.
Part-Time Faculty
Participation requires submitting an official request.
Request Channel
The request should be submitted through the dean to the Vice President for Academic Affairs.
